In March 25th, Wang Haibo, President of Jin Feng Technology, said on the “Conference on renewable energy quota system and green electricity certificate trading system and the preparatory meeting of green power consumption Cooperation Organization” that green certificates must not be voluntary subscriptions, and must be designed with the top level of state and policy and the compulsory quota of renewable energy. Green electricity trade is forced to power grid enterprises, power generation enterprises and electricity selling enterprises. As the assessment index of local government and landing it, the basic proportion of 15% green energy consumption in China by 2020 can be realized, and the basic proportion of the 9% consumption of wind power can be realized.

I am very glad to be a producer and purchaser of green power. I can talk about my feelings. Thanks to the competent authorities of the state, after so many years of efforts, the green quota system and the green power system have taken a basic rudiment.
Speaking of green electricity consumption, there was an Australian group calling me last week, Jin Feng. I heard that a recent report on the production of rare earth, is your rare earth production environmentally friendly? If not, I would like to discuss with you the issue of your loan. When I first arrived in Australia in 2008, a friend from Australia sent me a card. What is this? Carbon card, he said this is our Christmas gift, I will send you a carbon card, a card 8 Australian dollars.
Including our projects in the US, many people will come and ask, Jin Feng, is there any pollution in your production process? We refuse you if there is any pollution.
These are the situations that many countries that have already formed many green consumption and green certificates can encounter.
In the last two weeks, I went to Shandong, Hubei, met a few mayors, and met several giant enterprises, one sold 200 billion, one sold over 60 billion, and some small businesses, I told them zero carbon. All I heard was the head, the mayor and the party secretary of the municipal Party committee, they said wind power. No support, Jinshan silver mountain is not as green mountains and green water, everyone wants their own green mountains and green water, all of the provinces and economically underdeveloped provinces in the west to undertake environmental responsibility. This is the way our government is.
We have a lot of enterprises to ask, whether you want to try to buy some green cards, and then to achieve zero carbon emission reduction, everyone is not too supportive, saying that increases my cost. But I said, you know the mayor? The state should have a quota system, and it may be mandatory. The other side will say, I will do the mandatory words.
Then I tell the people of the business, I say your product sells about 200000000000 a year, you want to export to the United States, you call the country first, but if you do not make green cards, your competitors, your European and American competitors, you can say that the products you produce are dirty. The other person will say, I want to think about this. You will find that in China, we say green trading, if it is voluntary, we can attract a lot of companies here, but we want 1 billion 375 million people and thousands of enterprises in China to join in. Therefore, we strongly appeal that green certificates must not be voluntary subscriptions. We must use the top design of the state and policy, the compulsory quota of renewable energy, green electricity trade compulsory to the power grid enterprises, power generation enterprises, and electricity selling enterprises, as the assessment indicators of local governments, to land it to the ground. Now that China has a basic proportion of 15% of green energy consumption in 2020, it is possible to achieve a basic proportion of 9% consumption of wind power.
“Renewable energy development ’13th Five-Year’ plan proposed that in order to achieve 2020 and 2030, non fossil energy accounts for 15% and 20% energy development strategic targets respectively. By 2020, all renewable energy generation installed 680 million KW and power generation 1 trillion and 900 billion kwh, accounting for 27% of the total power generation. Combined with the reform of the electricity market, by 2020, the problem of water and water discarding water is basically solved. The annual utilization hours of wind power and solar power generation in the power limited area can fully meet the requirements of full guaranteed purchase. ”
For this proportion, we used to talk about technology. In fact, we think this is not a technical problem at all. In the golden wind, we have built more than a dozen smart grid based on green electricity in the country. Small smart micronetworks can rely on 70% new energy sources and do not have a steady state of influence.
Why can businesses not afford to pay 80 Fen of the electricity if they can afford such a high power grid? Why can companies that support such high carbon emissions fail to support wind power? As one of the equipment manufacturing enterprises in China, we have 5 suppliers, including the South car motor, including the enterprises that produce cooling equipment. We are all building intelligent micronetworks. Because we can not find a channel to direct the purchase of green electricity, we can only spontaneously, and then realize the social responsibility of the enterprise. So we also hope to help more companies that want to join the green card in this way, perhaps to help you build a micronet, or a variety of other ways. I hope you can all carry out this goal together.
Jin Feng himself specializes in a job, the supplier supply 1 billion 900 million degrees of electricity every year. Within the company, we will use 20% of the electricity per year to come from the green certificate. Finally, by 2020, the whole wind power industry, the supply chain in the supply chain of gold wind, will achieve one hundred percent zero carbon, and also wish to mark the gold wind products. Like a certificate, we have no pollution in the production process. The electricity we produce is not polluted. We also hope that our financial institutions will receive strong support from our customers.
Finally, the goal of our present enterprise is consistent, to create a clean renewable energy, only one enterprise and an industry can not solve this problem. We want more people to join in, drive the whole industry to use green energy, and then promote the sustainable and healthy development of renewable energy industry.
